When I joined the IMS team, I realised very quickly how incredibly fortunate we were to have a group of instructors on the team who are ridiculously skilled, experienced, clever clever clever, absurdly humble, and above all supremely compassionate humans. I have had the privilege to teach with, chat with and learn from these people more than I deserve.
